I’m Back!!!
That’s right I’m back!
I just arrived back in Berastagi on Friday. And right away I threw myself into the work here.. and now, almost a week later I realized I should tell you that I’m here and that I made it alive! Hahaha..
Although I was a bit sad that my time in Canada had passed by so quickly. Once I arrived here I was incredibly happy to be here again and begin working on the visions and plans for this new year!
After arriving I heard all of the news that has happened since I was gone. Some good and some bad. But to see the ministry continue on and even grow while I was gone.. that was such a joy!
For example, the village outreaches that we were doing once a month have been continued on by the local pastor that we were working with. He has continued to reach out and preach the gospel, even without our help! And the boys in my home not only continued on in the cell group we had started, but they have opened it up to others outside of the home and it has grown! And in Balige, the city where we did the last big youth event, the youth are still on fire and meeting on regular basis. We plan to do another training there for them next month!
The other day I realized I have already been in Indonesia for 5 years! I’ve been here for one-fifth of my life! That’s so crazy! Wow….
The last 5 years have been filled with amazing wonders that God has done through us! And now starting another new term here in Indonesia I have no doubt that will only see this increase more and more!
The vision for Indonesia has become bigger and bigger! Let’s focus on a few things. Big things. And make them happen!
Right now I am working very hard so that in October we will open a Bible School here! A school that will train the local believers in the word and train them to be the missionaries! A place that will help them to discover their true potential of who they are in Christ so they become the next World Shakers!!
And the youth work we started doing.. we’re going to continue! I will meet with my band today to plan our next event! And now many celebrities have already heard of what we are doing and want to be a part of this youth movement and bring salvation to the young generation!
I am sooooo excited to see God working in more amazing and incredible ways! More than we even imagined, I believe that is what we will see!!
We are discussing buying a house here, to open a youth centre, and many other things.. wow!. Please stand with us in prayer!
